We own PT Solusi Brilian Digital Nusantara, the Jakarta company that operates the Recompound platform for long-term retail investors in Indonesia. Brilitech itself is a holding company: it does not offer any product or service to the public.

Group structure
Brilitech has one subsidiary and no other investments. It holds 99.90% of the issued shares of PT Solusi Brilian Digital Nusantara (“PT SBDN”), a limited liability company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The remaining 0.10% is held by two of the founders, who are directors of both companies.
PT SBDN is domiciled at Jl. Sekolah Duta V No. 35, Pondok Indah, South Jakarta 12310. Its current scope of activity is limited to operational support for investment advisory activities, and it is in the process of applying to Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) for registration as a Penasihat Investasi (investment adviser).

Brilitech Pte. Ltd. does not carry on investment advisory, fund management, dealing in capital markets products, or any other regulated financial activity, in Singapore or elsewhere. It is not licensed or regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore or by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, and it does not accept client funds.
